Ego Pinetarsol Bath Oil 500mL

Pinetarsol Bath Oil is a cleansing bath oil formulated for rapid relief of itch and inflammation. The water dispersible formula gently cleanses while replenishing moisture, easing the sensation of itch quickly so skin does not become further irritated.

This non-greasy, mild, steroid-free oil is suited to large areas of the body and contains pine tar with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, helping lock in moisture and break the itch-scratch cycle. It is recommended for dry skin, and suitable for infants, the elderly and those with sensitive skin, helping relieve the symptoms of eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, chicken pox, nappy rash, sunburn, prickly heat, hives, insect bites, and anal and genital itching.

One capful contains 10mL. Shake the bottle before use. For a bath, add 15-30mL to a warm to tepid bath (5mL for a baby's bath or hand basin) and bathe for 5 to 10 minutes once daily, more often in severe cases, then pat skin dry. In the shower, apply a small amount to wet skin, leave for a few minutes, briefly rinse and pat dry.

Directions:

Tar (Pine tar) 2.3% w/w.

Warnings:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. May cause the bath to become slippery. Handle baby with care. Keep out of reach of children. This product may make dressings and clothing catch fire more easily with a naked flame.
