Directions:
Adults: take 15mL once a day with meals, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Can be mixed with water or juice and taken immediately. Shake well before use. Use for a minimum of four weeks to see beneficial effects.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients per 15mL: Cinnamon ext. 12.45mg, Curcumin 3.6mg, Globe Artichoke ext. 60mg, Perilla ext. 15mg, Milk Thistle ext. 257mg.

Warnings:
Contains potassium sorbate, phenylalanine and sulfites. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. In rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver; stop use and see a doctor if you notice yellowing skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Store below 250C in a dry place, keep out of reach of children, and do not use if the bottle or cap seal is missing or broken.
