Directions:
Remove a strip from the pouch and twist to loosen the slits. Wash your face and thoroughly wet your nose, then dry your hands and peel the strip from its liner. Apply smooth side down and press for good contact. Leave for 10-15 minutes until stiff to the touch, then peel off slowly from the edges toward the centre.

Warnings:
Use only on the nose. Avoid use on acne blemishes, swollen, sunburned or excessively dry skin, or skin prone to spider veins. Consult a physician before use if being treated with prescription acne medication. Remove the strip promptly once it becomes stiff, wetting it first if difficult to remove. Avoid forceful removal, and do not use more than once every three days.
