Freezing Instructions:
With sleeve inside supplied bag, place sleeve in freezer. For maximum performance, store sleeve in freezer for at least 2 hours. If sleeve causes discomfort, remove from body immediately.
Heating Instructions:
Remove sleeve from supplied bag.With sleeve at room temperature, place sleeve in center of microwave. Microwave for 15 seconds and test sleeve temperature for comfort. If sleeve is not warm enough, reheat for additional 10 seconds. DO NOT heat for more than a total of 45 seconds. Sleeve should be warm, not hot. If sleeve is too hot for comfort, allow sleeve to cool untill a comfortable temperature is reached.
CAUTION:
Always monitor sleeve while heating in microwave. After heating application, allow sleeve to dry fully before returning sleeve to bag. Sleeve will absorb water. If sleeve becomes damp, allow to air dry.
Do not place sleeve in dryer.
Do not apply to infected skin oropen wounds without medical consultation.
Always check inner lining of sleeve for ice crystals before applying cold therapy. Do not apply sleeve if ice crystals are visible. When not in use, store sleeve in supplied bag. If gel contacts body, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
Care Instructions:
Use damp cloth to wipe down. Lay flat and air dry. Do not wash, bleach, dry clean or iron.
Instructions for Proper Application on Knee:
1. Pull sleeve up onto elbow
2. Position over elbow and adjust for comfort
3. Pull sleeve over foot
4. Position over knee and adjust for comfort
