Cold Therapy
Keep head wrap in plastic bag and place in refrigerator or freezer until desired temperature is reached
Do not apply if ice crystals are visible on wrap

Hot Therapy
Remove head wrap from plastic bag and microwave for 30 seconds
Always test wrap before applying - it should be warm, never hot
Add heat by microwaving in increments of 15 seconds until desired heat is reached
Do not overheat

Care & Maintenance
Wipe with damp cloth and lay flat to dry
When product is completely dry and at room temperature, return to plastic bag for storage
