The Welcare Breatheasy Breathing Trainer - Moderate Resistance (WBT-02) is a 100% drug free lung expansion device used to help strengthen the lungs, making breathing stronger and easier. It offers moderate resistance of 41 to 177 cm H2O.

With regular use, this non-invasive device is suitable for healthy people and adults recovering from certain respiratory illness, including past smokers, wanting to strengthen and improve lung function. It aids breathing and lung function and helps improve lung capacity and respiratory health. Includes mouthpiece, nose clip, lanyard, 5 filters and a soft carry bag; the device is latex, BPA and phthalate free.

Directions:
Read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product before using. Connect the lanyard to the breathing trainer if required. Turn the bottom cover to choose the desired resistance and attach the nose clip and mouthpiece. Sit upright or stand up straight, inhale quickly and deeply, then exhale slowly. Gradually increase the resistance level as your breathing improves.
