Wanderlust Valerian Drops are a liquid herbal extract traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to reduce nervous tension and relieve sleeplessness.

Valerian is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine as a calmative and nervous system relaxant, to soothe nerves, reduce nervous tension and relieve excess nervous energy, and to help relieve sleeplessness and support refreshing sleep. It is also traditionally used to support nervous system health and to help relieve symptoms of stress.

Directions:
Adult dosage: using the measured dropper, take 2.25mL daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Shake well before use.

Ingredients:
Each 2.25mL contains Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root ext. liquid 2mL, derived from dry 2g, with glycerol and peppermint oil.
