Directions:
Adult dosage: take one capsule daily, before bed, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains Eschscholzia californica (California Poppy) herb top extract dry concentrate 100mg (derived from dry 1.5g), Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb top extract dry concentrate 75mg (derived from dry 1.5g), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) flower extract dry concentrate 375mg (derived from dry 1.5g), and Humulus lupulus (Hops) flower extract dry concentrate 50mg (derived from dry 500mg).

Warnings:
Store below 250C away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not use if the cap seal or inner seal is missing or broken.
