Wanderlust Ashwagandha Drops are a liquid herbal extract traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to calm nerves, relieve nervous tension and act as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress.

Each 3.5mL dose contains Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root extract, along with glycerol and peppermint oil to complement the naturally bitter taste typical of herbal extracts. The formula contains 40.5% alcohol and has no added gluten, dairy, lactose, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours, and is suitable for vegetarians.

Directions:
Adult dosage: using the measured dropper, take 3.5mL daily, or as directed by your health professional. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Shake well before use.
