Wanderlust Ashwagandha is a plant active in a convenient, readily absorbed liquid herbal extract, made from Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root.

Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine as an adaptogen to support a healthy stress response and help the body adapt to stress. It is also traditionally used to calm nerves, relieve nervous tension, support nervous system health and act as a restorative tonic to help support vitality. Complemented with natural peppermint oil, it has a bitter taste typical of herbal extracts.

Directions:
Adult dosage: using the measured dropper, take 3.5mL daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30mL of water or juice and consume immediately, followed by a glass of water if necessary. Shake well before use.

Ingredients:
Each 3.5mL contains Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract liquid 3.15mL, derived from dry 3.15g. No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy or egg. Nothing artificial. Contains 40.5% alcohol.
