Voost Hydrate effervescent tablets help replenish electrolytes in a 98% sugar free raspberry flavour.

Each tablet is formulated with Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium Chloride and Sodium Chloride to support hydration, including for exercise.

Adults: dissolve 2 tablets in 200mL of water and drink. Take once daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. To support hydration needs for exercise, up to 4 tablets can be taken daily. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

Ingredients:
Citric Acid 1.04g, Sodium Bicarbonate 372mg, Potassium Chloride 149mg, Sodium Chloride 87.5mg per tablet.

If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Contains sucralose. Contains 7.4g of sugar alcohols per maximum recommended daily dose, which may have a laxative effect. Do not use if the tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.
