Thiamine (B1) 1.1mg, Riboflavine (B2) 1.4mg, Nicotinamide 16mg, Pantothenic Acid (B5) 6mg, Pyridoxine (B6) 1.4mg, Cyanocobalamin (B12) 2.5 micrograms, Biotin 50 micrograms, Folic Acid 200 micrograms, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 80mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 200 IU, Vitamin E 12mg, Iron 10mg, Zinc 10mg, Magnesium 58mg; each tablet contains 282mg of sodium.
