Vital All-In-One 300g

Vital All-In-One is a blend of 78 ingredients including essential vitamins, minerals, pre and probiotics, essential omegas and antioxidants, plus fruits, vegetables and greens, in a 300g tub.

It is designed as a total daily health supplement including 14 billion probiotics, with each ingredient carefully balanced to work in synergy and maximise the benefit of every nutrient. Some ingredients are not certified organic.

Adults dissolve 10g in water, juice or milk once a day, or add it to a smoothie or sprinkle it on cereal.

Directions:
Adults dissolve 10g (two heaped teaspoons) in 200-300mL of water, juice or milk, once a day. If using for the first time, start with 5g for 2-4 weeks before moving to the full 10g daily amount. Do not heat or add to a heated liquid, as this can affect the potency of the probiotics. Children 5-12 years: one 5g serving.

Ingredients:
A blend of 78 ingredients including Organic Spirulina, Apple, Chlorella, Kale Sprout, Wheatgrass, Barley Sprout and Broccoli Sprout powders, plus fruit and vegetable extracts, herbal extracts and vitamins.

Warnings:
Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Vitamin supplements should not replace a healthy diet. Do not take whilst on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
