Magzorb Sleep is a premium organic magnesium glycinate combined with a unique formulation of traditional herbs, including hops, valerian and ziziphus, to improve sleep quality and promote a refreshing sleep.

The combination is designed to relieve symptoms of stress and nervous tension, and uses a highly bioavailable form of magnesium so that absorption is maximised.

Directions:
Take 1 to 2 tablets an hour before sleep, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Store under 250C.

Active ingredient:
Magnesium glycinate 500mg (equivalent to magnesium 100mg), valerian root extract 200mg, hops fruit extract 50mg, ziziphus seed extract 8.34mg.

Warnings:
Adults only. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation. In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver; stop use and see a doctor if you notice yellowing skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea or dark urine.
