TOM Organic Period Cup Size 1 Regular is made from 100% medical grade silicone and is designed for a medium flow. It features an internal rib system to help break the seal and intuitive indents for easy removal.

Size 1 is generally suited to women under 30, holding the equivalent of 2 regular tampons. The cup comes with its own steriliser, made from 100% recyclable medical grade plastic and tested to kill 99.9% of bacteria, plus a breathable cotton storage bag. It can be worn for up to 8 hours and is proudly made in Australia.

Directions:
Sterilise the cup at the beginning of every period cycle; you do not need to sterilise it every time you use it, but you can if you want to. Let the cup cool to room temperature after sterilising, and always wash your hands before inserting it. Sterilise using the TOM Organic Steriliser, or by boiling in water on the stove for 4-5 minutes without letting the cup touch the bottom of the pan.
