Thursday Plantation 100% Pure Peppermint Oil is a cooling and refreshing essential oil steam distilled from the leaves and flowering tops of Mentha x piperita. Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve headaches, digestive disturbances, cough and cold symptoms, and muscle and joint pain.

For headache relief, add 20 drops to 10mL carrier oil and massage into forehead and temples. For digestive support, add 1-4 drops to 50mL water or sugar and ingest three times daily. For cough and cold, add 5 drops to hot water and inhale. For muscle or joint pain, add 10 drops to 10mL carrier oil and massage the affected area. This 100% natural oil is free from SLS, parabens, synthetics and fillers.
