Thompson's One-A-Day Vitex 1500 helps relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension.

Formulated for convenience with a one-a-day dose, it contains a high-strength extract to help relieve breast pain, tenderness and mood swings, decrease feelings of aggression and irritability, and reduce abdominal bloating and distention. It is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help reduce menstrual cycle irregularity and decrease hot flushes and night sweats associated with menopause.

Adults take one capsule daily, first thing in the morning, or as professionally prescribed.
