Directions:
Adults - take one tablet daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients:
Active ingredient per tablet: Fucus vesiculosus (Kelp) extract 280mg, derived from dry whole plant min. 1.4g (1400mg), standardised to contain Iodine 280 microgram.
