Thompson's One-A-Day Celery 5000 is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve mild arthritic symptoms such as mild joint inflammation.

Celery Seed has also traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of gout and as a diuretic to assist normal fluid balance. Each capsule provides a herbal extract equivalent to 5000mg of dry celery seed.

Take one capsule daily with food. This can be increased to two capsules daily.

Apium graveolens (Celery) seed herbal extract equivalent to dry 5000mg.
