It also aids the production of neurotransmitters and supports general health and wellbeing, and taking lecithin orally can help increase choline levels in the body. Each capsule contains 1200mg of lecithin, with no added gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, dairy, egg, fish or sesame seeds, and no artificial colours or flavours.

Adults take one capsule daily with food, or as professionally prescribed.
