The dual pad design allows you to position support exactly where needed. For tennis elbow, position the pads on the outer arm; for golfer's elbow, position on the inner arm below the elbow. To apply, wrap the support around the outer side of your upper forearm and insert the strap. Position the pads below the elbow where tension or soreness occurs. With your arm straight, make a fist and pull the strap to lock the pads in place; relaxing your hand will ensure comfortable support.
