Thermoskin Adjustable Knee Patella Strap is designed to reduce load and support the knee by placing pressure below the knee to support the knee cap and tendon, helping prevent injury. The EXO Knee Patella Strap features an adjustable strap that allows customisable fit and can be tightened from either side to ensure proper fit and placement of the supporting gel pad. Support level: Stabilising.

Wash the support before first wear. Open the patella strap and place the gel pad just below the kneecap on the patella tendon. Pull the straps evenly on each side to ensure even pressure and correct placement. The support should be firm but not too tight. Adjust as required for comfort and stability.
