Synx Synxsole Kids Insole is designed by Australian podiatrists as a 'one stop' insole. The patented, slim design is designed to help align the body, support the feet and lower limbs, and protect the joints. This is the Small size.

Developed to help support a child's feet through the changes growing feet endure, the insoles are designed to fit a wide range of footwear including school, casual and sporting shoes, and to suit a full range of activities.

The supplier states they may help manage common conditions including Sever's disease, growing pains, knee pain, arch pain, heel pain and leg pain.

Directions:
Trim to size and place in the shoe. Wear in gradually, removing and adding them back to your shoes as your child adjusts to the new support. It is recommended your child can wear them comfortably for a full day before running or exercising in them.
