Directions:
Adults take one tablet daily, during or after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Each film coated tablet contains zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 25 mg, vitamin A (retinol acetate) 375 micrograms/RE, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 30 mg, and magnesium (from magnesium phosphate pentahydrate) 35 mg.

Warnings:
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6). Store below 250C in a cool dry place.
