Directions:
Adults take one to two tablets daily, 30 to 60 minutes before sleeping, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Each film coated tablet contains magnesium (from magnesium orotate) 6.4mg, valerian extract equivalent to 1.3g of dry root, licorice extract equivalent to 50mg of dry root and stolon, and hops extract equivalent to 200mg of dry flower.

Warnings:
In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing of the skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
