Directions:
Adults take one capsule daily for general health, brain health or nervous system support, two capsules daily for cardiovascular and heart health or eye health, three capsules twice daily for mood balance, five capsules daily for healthy blood lipids or seven capsules daily for joint support, during or immediately after a meal. Pregnant and breastfeeding women take two capsules daily. Children aged 1 to 12 years take one capsule daily, pierced and squeezed into juice or cereal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
