Directions:
Adults mix one level scoop (7.5g) with 100mL of water, or more water as desired, and take once daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately.

Ingredients:
Each scoop (7.5g) provides magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 100mg and magnesium (from magnesium glycinate) 200mg, for a total of 300mg magnesium, along with calcium, potassium, choline, inositol, hops and passionflower.
