Directions:
Adults take two tablets 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 150mg, passionflower extract equivalent to 300mg of dry herb, hops extract equivalent to 400mg of dry fruit, and inositol 12.49mg.
