Directions:

Ingredients:
Each film coated tablet contains iron (from iron amino acid chelate) 20mg, vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 16.52mg, vitamin B6 8.22mg, betacarotene 1mg and spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) 200mg.

Warnings:
Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Store below 250C in a cool, dry place. Contains soya beans, sulfites and phenylalanine.
