Directions:
Adults dissolve one level scoop (7.5g) in 200mL of water or juice and take once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Consume immediately once dissolved.

Ingredients:
Each scoop (7.5g) provides magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 220mg and magnesium (from magnesium glycinate) 80mg, for a total of 300mg magnesium, along with vitamin C, zinc and calcium.

Warnings:
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains soybeans and sulfites. Store below 250C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
