Directions:
Adults take one capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains Lactobacillus plantarum (299V) 10 billion CFU.

Warnings:
Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if diarrhoea develops. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for longer than 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your medical professional.
