Stratamed Advanced Film-Forming Wound Dressing 5g Pack of 4

Stratamed Advanced Film-Forming Wound Dressing is a self-drying formulation that forms a protective, flexible film over a wound, supplied here in a 5g tube. It helps create an optimal healing environment for faster healing and a reduced risk of abnormal scarring, while protecting compromised skin from microbial and chemical invasion.

Stratamed is flexible and adapts to all wound surfaces, staying in contact with the skin so it can be re-applied rather than removed like a traditional dressing. It suits superficial wounds, burns, skin tears and abrasions, including those from surgery, trauma, bites and grazes.

Directions:
Ensure the wound is clean and pat dry any excess fluid. Apply a thin layer to damaged skin not needing a secondary dressing and allow to dry, about 5 to 6 minutes; remove excess with a clean tissue. Apply once or twice daily, keeping continuous contact with the skin 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ingredients:
Polysiloxanes, siloxane resin.

Warnings:
For external use only, avoiding contact with the eyes and other skin treatments without physician advice. May stain clothing if not fully dry; reclose the tube cap tightly. Consult your physician if the wound shows infection or fails to heal after 30 days, or if irritation occurs. Not suitable for highly exudative or tunnelling wounds, or 3rd degree burns. Keep out of the reach of children.
