Directions:
Adults and children over 2 years: take 1 sachet daily. Pregnant women: take 2 sachets daily. Drink straight from the sachet or add to half a cup of juice. Do not exceed 4 sachets daily. Advise your doctor of any medicine taken during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester.

Ingredients:
Apple (Malus Domestica) Juice Concentrate, Potassium Sorbate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C). Each sachet contains 25mL Trefriw Wells mineral water, equivalent to 5mg elemental iron (Fe2+).

Warnings:
Contains Potassium Sorbate. Vitamins and minerals can only assist if dietary intake is inadequate. Drink plenty of water. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Not suitable for children under 2 years.
