Souvenaid Powder is a nutritional drink for the dietary management of early Alzheimer's disease, including mild cognitive impairment, in Lemon & Orange flavour. It is powered by Fortasyn Connect, a blend of ingredients including omega-3 fatty acids, uridine monophosphate, choline, phospholipids, B vitamins and antioxidants, designed to support the growth of brain connections.

Directions:
Add 3 scoops of powder to a glass, add 100mL of water and stir with a fork until mixed, then consume the entire serve immediately after preparation.

Dried omega LCPUFAs (tuna fish oil and related ingredients), skim milk powder, maltodextrin, sugar, flavour (lemon and orange), choline bitartrate, uridine 5 monophosphate, soy lecithin, minerals and vitamins.
