It can be used for steam inhalation, in massage to help relieve sore, tense muscles, on the skin to help with irritations, or added to a diffuser as part of a yoga or meditation practice.

Contents:
5 x Soodox Organic Frankincense Oil 50mL

Directions:
For steam inhalation, add a few drops to hot water and inhale. For muscle tightness, massage into the affected area. Add a couple of drops to a diffuser, or to a carrier oil first before applying to skin irritations.

Warnings:
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
