Soodox Organic Black Seed Oil is a certified organic nutritional oil intended to help maintain general health and wellbeing, healthy cholesterol, immune system health and skin health.

It can be taken orally as an adult or child dose, or used topically by adding drops to a moisturiser or applying directly to the affected area for soothing relief.

3 x Soodox Organic Black Seed Oil 50mL

Directions:
Adult dose: 2.5mL twice daily, maximum daily dose 5mL. Child dose: 1.25mL twice daily, maximum daily dose 2.5mL. Topical use: add 5 to 10 drops to a moisturiser or apply directly to the affected area for soothing relief.

Ingredients:
Nigella Sativa Oil 1mL/1mL.
