Silicea Ultra One-A-Day Hair Skin Nails is a soft capsule formula with ingredients selected for supple skin, healthy hair, strong nails, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joint cartilage. It does not contain yeast, gluten, dairy product, soy or preservatives.

Suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age, it is taken as one soft capsule daily.

Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years of age take 1 soft capsule daily, swallowed whole with a glass of water.

Ingredients:
Silicon Dioxide 420mg (equivalent to Silicon 196mg), Biotin 30 micrograms (Vitamin H), Manganese Gluconate 48.13mg (equivalent to Manganese 5.5mg), Zinc Gluconate 107.8mg (equivalent to Zinc 14mg), Sodium Selenite 156 micrograms (equivalent to Selenium 70 micrograms).

Warnings:
Store below 250C. Each capsule contains 70 micrograms of selenium. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded for adults. Selenium is toxic in high doses. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if blister seal is broken.
