Scholl LiquiFlex Extra Support Insoles are designed for work shoes and boots, using LiquiFlex, Memory Foam and GelActiv technology together to actively adjust to the shape of your feet and your individual movements.

The LiquiFlex pod contains a viscose liquid that provides up to 82% better shock absorption than no insole, while the Memory Foam moulds to your feet to provide 150% more cushioning than no insole, and the odour resistant top-cloth helps keep feet cool and dry. This pair is sized Small 4.5-8.5 and can be trimmed to fit.

Directions:
Remove your shoes' current insoles if removable, check the sizing guide, then trim along the toe area line that matches your shoe size if needed. Insert with the LiquiFlex pod facing down, and check it lays flat; extra trimming may be needed for a perfect fit. Supports up to 112kg. For everyday use, not sports. Replace every six months or when showing signs of wear.
