Directions:
Before use, make sure the insole fits well in the shoe, removing the existing insole if necessary. Place the heel of the insole against the back of the shoe, trimming the end to the guide lines if required. Pain relief insoles may take time to feel comfortable, so build up wear gradually, increasing the number of hours worn each day until the insole can be worn all day. Replace the insole if it shows signs of wear or deterioration, and consult a health professional if discomfort or irritation continues.

Warnings:
This insole is intended for self-treatment of mild or intermittent aches and pains in non-diagnosed pain sufferers; it is not suitable for chronic or severely acute pain, or pain likely caused by trauma or a severe gait abnormality. Adding or replacing components of certified shoes may affect the certification.
