They protect against painful rubbing and are 100% waterproof and breathable, supplied as a 5 pack.

Directions:
Ensure skin is clean, dry and free from creams and oils. Remove backing film 1 and place the plaster (adhesive side down) centrally over the blister. Remove backing film 2 using the blue tab and gently smooth down the adhesive edge to the skin. Leave the plaster on until it falls off naturally.
