Remifemin Sleep contains natural active ingredients Valerian and Hops, traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to induce sleep, relieve restlessness and act as a calmative or nervous system relaxant.

These natural plant extracts are traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to induce sleep and relieve restlessness, and require no prescription.

To relieve restlessness: take 2 tablets with water, 2-3 times daily. To relieve sleeplessness: take 2 tablets with water 1 hour before bedtime and another 2 at bedtime.

Directions:

Active ingredient:
Each tablet contains Valeriana officinalis ext. dry conc. 75mg from dried root 412.5mg, and Humulus lupulus ext. dry conc. 23mg from dried fruit 138mg.

Warnings:
Do not take if allergic to Valeriana officinalis (Valerian), Humulus lupulus (Hops) or any listed ingredient. In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver; stop use and see a doctor if you notice yellowing skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Avoid driving or operating machinery for at least 2 hours after taking this product. Contains sugars.
