Qsilica Skin, Hair & Nails One-A-Day Multi-Nutrient Tablets are a daily supplement containing colloidal mineral silica, biotin, zinc and selenium to support skin, hair and nail health.

Silicon supports bone integrity and assists connective tissue production, and together with biotin and zinc, supports the health of your skin, hair and nails. Selenium and zinc help reduce free radical damage to body cells. Does not contain gluten, yeast or dairy.

Adults take one tablet per day with a glass of water and food.

Directions:
Adults: Take one tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food. Store below 250C. Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken. Do not use if blister seal is broken.

Ingredients:
Silica - colloidal anhydrous 450mg (equiv. to Silicon 210.38mg), Biotin 2.5mg, Zinc citrate dihydrate 75.3mg (equiv. to Zinc 24.17mg), Selenomethionine 250 micrograms (equiv. to Selenium 100 micrograms).

Warnings:
This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Contains soy.
