Qsilica Skin, Hair & Nails One-A-Day Multi-Nutrient Tablets are a daily supplement containing colloidal mineral silica, biotin, zinc and selenium to support skin, hair and nail health. Silicon supports bone integrity and assists connective tissue production, which together with biotin and zinc helps support the health of your skin, hair and nails.

Selenium and zinc help reduce free radical damage to body cells. Free from gluten, yeast and dairy, and suitable for plant-based diets.

Directions:
Adults: take one tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food. Store below 250C.

Ingredients:
Silica colloidal anhydrous 450 mg (Equiv. to Silicon 210.38 mg), Biotin 2.5 mg, Zinc citrate dihydrate 75.3 mg (Equiv. to Zinc 24.17 mg), Selenomethionine 250 micrograms (Equiv. to Selenium 100 micrograms).

Warnings:
Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your health professional before taking this product. Not for children under 12 years. Contains soy.
