Directions:
Brush your teeth at least twice a day for 2 minutes each time. It is recommended that toothbrushes are replaced every 3 months.

Warnings:
Parents should assist their children with toothbrushing until approximately 8 or 9 years of age, when they have better control of their toothbrush. Dispose of the toothbrush when the head becomes shaggy, or every 3 months, whichever comes first.
