Directions:
Choose a size that inserts without force; the correct size will fit easily, then insert the brush slowly with a gentle twisting action. Use them as frequently as needed, but at least once a day when you clean your teeth in the evening. Toothpaste may be applied to the brush if required.

Warnings:
Caution: if the brush head breaks and becomes caught between your teeth, tilt your head forward and down so the piece falls out of your mouth. Use another brush to push out the broken piece from the opposite direction, or use a pair of tweezers to pull it out.
