Directions:
Adults: take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Up to 5 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Euphausia superba (Krill) oil 1000mg, equivalent to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 160mg and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 80mg.
