Pain Away Heat Patches Regular address joint and muscle pain directly, releasing sustained, long-lasting warmth to the affected area for up to 8 hours once activated.

They can be used for the relief of muscular pain, joint stiffness, back pain, period pain, and sprains and strains. Air-activated and ready to use with no pre-heating required, the odourless, ultra-thin patches measure 13cm x 10cm and can be worn discreetly under clothing.

Remove the protective layer and apply the adhesive side to the inside of clothing, close to the painful area. Do not apply directly onto skin; only apply over clothing.

Directions:
Air-activated, with no need to preheat in an oven or microwave. Remove the protective layer from the patch and apply the adhesive side to the inside of clothing, close to the painful area. Do not apply directly onto skin; only apply over clothing. Monitor the area closely for signs of excessive heat or burn, and remove after 8 hours. Do not wear on the same area for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period, or use while sleeping.

Warnings:
Burn hazard: this heat patch can reach up to 600C+. Do not apply the adhesive directly to skin; only apply over clothing. It delivers a high amount of heat and may cause skin irritation, burns or blisters, so check skin periodically and discontinue use if it becomes uncomfortably hot. Consult a doctor before use if diabetic, pregnant, or if you have poor circulation, cardiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, nerve damage, sensitive skin, a skin condition or an allergy to sticking plasters. Do not use on the face, broken skin, bruises or swellings, while asleep, on infants or children, or in conjunction with other heating devices, creams, ointments or cortisone-based topical products.
