This lightweight, fast-absorbing spray helps manage muscle and mild joint pain, using arnica, eucalyptus oil and rosemary oil, which are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of mild arthritis, mild joint pain and inflammation, muscle pain and inflammation, muscle sprains, strains and soreness, and bruising.

Shake well before use, then spray 4-6 pumps on and around the painful area, massaging in or letting it absorb for a hands-free application.

Directions:
Shake well before use. Spray 4-6 pumps on and around the painful joint and/or muscle areas. Gently massage into skin, or let the fast drying formula absorb into skin for a hands free application. Reapply as required, up to 5 times daily.

Ingredients:
Each mL contains Aloe Vera 1.77mg (extract equivalent to leaf juice 354mg), Hypericum Perforatum Flower Tincture 30mg (equivalent to dry flower 3.3mg), Arnica Montana Flower Tincture 30mcl (equivalent to dry flower 1.5mg), Rosemary Oil 30mg, Lavender Oil 50mcg, Eucalyptus Oil 40mg, Cajuput Oil 5mg, Melaleuca Oil 5mg and Camphor 30mg. Also contains Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E.
