OTIFLEKS Ultimate Comfort Sleeping Earplugs Medium are reusable earplugs made from a thermo-active material that softens with body heat for a comfortable fit while you sleep. The unibody design is low profile and virtually imperceptible, and is designed to block noise to an SNR 30 rating. This medium size is one of four sizes (S/M/L/XL).

The earplugs are washable with soap and water and can be reused for up to two years with proper care, and the packaging doubles as a carry container for storage.

Directions:
Check your size against the sizing guide on the packaging. With your opposite hand, reach over your head and pull your ear upwards, then hold the earplug from its end and insert it using a gentle rocking motion, not pushing further than the third flange. If there isn't a significant reduction in noise or the earplug feels loose, try the next size up.

Warnings:
Removing earplugs too quickly can lead to pain or damage to the eardrum; remove with slow, gradual rocking motions. Inedible, do not consume. Store away from children in the packaging container. Not suitable for flight travel. Do not use whilst driving. Child supervision advised.
