Ostelin Iron & B+ Energy is part of the Ostelin Women's Health range, designed to support women at different life stages. It combines iron with vitamin B12, B6 and B2, as well as vitamin C, in one daily tablet.

The iron in this formula (ferrous bisglycinate) helps prevent dietary iron deficiency and assists healthy red blood cell production, and is a form of iron that is better absorbed and gentle on the stomach.

Directions:
Adults: take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients:
Iron (from iron (II) bisglycinate), Calcium ascorbate dihydrate (Vitamin C), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) and Riboflavin (Vitamin B2). Free from gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, dairy products and animal-derived ingredients.
